I was asked a couple of days ago to do a rush order on name tags. She chose a style I haven't written in a while, and I absolutely loved it! It is much more whimsical and thin compared to my other styles, and I hope in the future more brides want this style.
I was lucky enough to attend another on one of Oh Happy Day's workshops a couple of weeks ago! This time it was letterpress, which I have been dying to learn for the longest time. Of course I left that night wanting to quit my job, buy a huge letterpress, and spend the rest of my days printing on beautiful cotton pieces of paper (one day...). I didn't take pictures during the process like I did for the last screenprinting workshop, but here are some finished product pictures. We letterpressed 10 thank you cards and 10 happy birthday cards. I'm in love!
Now, who wants to buy me a letterpress for my birthday? Any takers?
Sent to me from a great customer who gave me free reign on her wedding items (so much fun!)
I'm back from vacation! This past week I worked on finishing up a few wedding projects, one pictured above. For the next month or two I'll be focusing on designing a logo for a friend, and writing a wedding invitation.
I have been busy the past couple of weeks working on wedding invitations, logos, and cards! I am absolutely loving designing invitations so hopefully there are more of those in my future.
